Information you provide

Our project, workforce scheduling, and demo forms collect your name, business or organization, and work email. Depending on the form and your choices, we also collect your website, phone, industry, team size, locations, shifts, existing tools, workflow and scheduling needs, project budget range, demo preference, and optional call preference. Free-text fields collect the information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, ask follow-up questions, prepare recommendations, and discuss scope and pricing. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive client, employee, health, or financial records.

Storage, delivery, and security

The production form backend is designed to store submissions in a private Cloudflare D1 database. If an owner-configured notification service is enabled, your inquiry is also sent to that service so we can respond. Form data is not displayed publicly. We use input validation, request limits, and abuse controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

IP addresses are used by the hosting platform to process and protect requests and by the form rate limiter. Our submission database does not store IP addresses. Technical data may be processed by Cloudflare for security and service operation.

Cookies and third-party services

This implementation does not add advertising cookies, analytics, or browser storage. When enabled on public forms, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to prevent automated abuse. External demo links open a separate service with its own behavior and privacy practices.

Retention and your requests

Contact digitalworkflowco@gmail.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances.

Owner/legal review required: confirm the operating legal entity, applicable privacy obligations, retention period and deletion routine, notification processor and location, Cloudflare processing arrangements, and procedures for handling privacy requests. The final policy must match the services actually enabled at launch.
